We were very pleased to receive the approval letter from a short sale we have been working on for quite some time in the South Riding community in Chantilly Virginia, there were two loans, the first is Bank of America and the second is with Chase. This has been a very difficuly situation with Bank of America AND Chase, and we were so excited to be able to share the great news with our client today.
We had a few different buyers on this property, and the last buyer has stuck with it! The bank had originally not accepted the original offer by 5,000 dollars, and we had to put the home back on the market. The new buyer is absolutely thrilled and we will be closing in the next few weeks. The owner owed over 500,000 on his home and the bank forgave over 200,000.
